The experience

The workshop takes place in a location with dark skies, away from city lights.

Once we arrive, I explain in a simple way the basic settings needed to photograph the night sky.

There is no prior theory session. The explanations are given on the spot, and we start taking our first shots right away.

During the experience, you’ll learn how to set up your camera, how to focus in the dark, and how to compose an image that includes both the landscape and the sky.

The workshop is suitable for people with little or no experience in astrophotography. It takes place in a small group so there is time and space for everyone.

The meeting

The exact meeting location is shared after booking.

Participants travel with their own vehicle to the meeting point. From there, we head together to the workshop location.

What you should know

• The activity takes place only under clear skies. In case of clouds, it is rescheduled or cancelled free of charge.
• Ideally, a camera with a fast wide-angle lens is recommended, but you can also participate using a smartphone.
• A tripod is required.
• A headlamp is recommended to keep your hands free.
• Bring warm clothing. Temperatures drop at night, even in summer.
